Happy November.  Happy Birthday to my friends and Happy Birthday Madhya Pradesh , Karnataka , Kerala , Rajasthan , West Bengal, Haryana, Ounjab and Chattisgarh. 1 November is favourite for state formation :-) Wish you all the best people residing this part of India. Happy Diwali to all!

We should change our preference from pursuit of power to Pursuit of happiness. That is the first stage.  Then you will realize Happiness is not to be pursued, but it is to inculcate peace within, bliss within . Of course we are all human so all sorts of emotions come and go and it's not easy but we must ensure we don't stuck in particular state ( of mind) too long. One good rule is if your security is not at the stake then ensure you do not hurt others  , self protection is always necessary , should not get caught unawares. Of course you can only do your own bit, how others respond is not in your hands. So try to tell and train your mind not to get upset every now and then , instead find or discover funny side of the whole business.

And remember happiest people are more powerful , so sort out your preference, realign it to enjoy more !
