Several people write diary for variety of reasons. Some people find it suitable way to express themselves. Some expressive people may not feel any need to write a diary at all, still some of them write. As it can serve as a happy reminder , can help plan further and so on- reasons can vary from individual to individual .
And there is no one way to write a diary. Some of us express it very beutifully and can write only to take delight in their own creativity with words at their disposal. Some of us may think may just want to release tension. Those of us who feel tensed or facing difficult times are recommended to release their part of the problems on paper. And it is subjective for the same thing , one person may feel that this is trivial matter but other may get so much tensed. So if you have any tension and you can't tell anybody tell this to paper, that will help you. Some of us may use it as a tool to measure our expenses .
We often compare with others.And that leads to Tension. Even when we are making progress , we tend to compare with something that we don't have and somebody have that only even if in other aspects he/she is not comparable at the moment with us. Why we want everything good exist for us only? The better way is to compare ourselves. What we have done in this day. Have that occured according to our plans and priorities , if not what obstacles you faced? How much you responsible for things whichever way they go? What can you do with them? How much this and that is necessary? How you want the next day? What preparation have you done to welcome a new day? How much you given yourself to vagaries of mind or how much you controlled and directed it? We need to check it. Let's write a diary. And first statement should be we will do it consistently.
