The Language University

In order to fulfill our pledge which we repeat each day in schooldays,we should know about diverse languages we Indians have. So why not have a National Language University?According to me this is how it should be:

1. National Language University  with it's headquarter in Tribal area or near Tribal area so as not to encroach forest dwellings. Headquarters should not be in already overcrowded cities such as New Delhi, Mumbai,Kolkata,Chennai etc. We can have 5-7 Regional headquarters too. And a bench in each state & UTs.

2. This University should have following Sections/Departments:
      A. National Languages(as mentioned in the Schedule 8 of the Indian Constitution)
      B. Tribal Languages(sectioned further having it's own scripts and without any scripts)
      C. Critically Endangered Languages( You must have heard the story of some language now spoken by                 only 3 people and they are not speaking to each other due to some quarrel......an extreme example             may be)
    D. Sign Language(Signs are important,it's beginning of language, besides being helpful too Divyang people,               it is helpful to all as well)
    E. Body Language(It's necessary!Need any explanation?)
    F. Machine Languages(Don't you watch Hollywood Sci-Fi Movies? AI,Robotics,Softwares etc requires                these)

G. Foreign Languages
Sections also can be made based on the Script types as we observe pictographic Chinese and Japanese.
H. Ancient languages
Sanskrit, Tamil, Latin etc. Also a challenge : Harappan script
I.  Research (Linguistics,Phonetics(Punjabi! a tonal language) etc)

J. Aantarbharti Project : Late Shree Sane Guruji coined this term AantarBharati . In this Quality Literature form each language should be translated into every other Indian language. This project can be an apt Shraddhanjali to this Great Man!

K. Bhasha Shudhhi: In different Parts of India , Many a great men devoted their life for Bhash Shuddhi. As I dwell in the Maharashtra I know only about Marathi and Swatantryaveer Sawarkar's effort in this regard.Careful readers(if they read at all!) please add about similar efforts in other languages.

L.Miscellaneous( Since I lost in thoughts, Miscellaneous completes whatever missing!)

So please spread the word about Language ( Spread so much that it becomes a new language!!)
